As an accomplished senior Information Technology executive with over 12 years of experience providing business consulting and professional services delivery for major clients across the globe, I am highly skilled at executing operational strategies to promote organizational change and the optimal utilization of emerging technologies. I have led cross functional, geographically diverse teams specializing in IT infrastructure design, data growth and retention strategies, data center architecture, and disaster recovery planning.

In the past, I served an instrumental role in the establishment, consolidation, migration, and overall enhancement of technologies for large global corporations and multi-national clients. In particular, my focus has been designing strategies to overcome organizational resistance to change and driving technological and operational efficiencies.

A sample of my many achievements includes:

• Consolidated 48 Tier I and Tier II data centers into 18 Super Data Centers, integrating processes, infrastructure, and applications from Countrywide and Merrill Lynch acquisitions, and leveraging my expertise in M&A to collapse disparate systems in a private cloud offering.  This $50 million project included the re-architecture of not just the systems and servers within the Bank of America environment, but also introducing new processes and technology deployments to the end user.

• Managed and architected a global outsourcing deployment for Shell Oil.  This role, based in Amsterdam, NL, resulted in the transition of over 55,000 servers and 20 petabytes of data to T-Systems, the IT arm of Deutsche Telekom.  This project involved negotiating the outsourcing contract, the roll-in of a managed cloud infrastructure operation, and the global deployment of a new operational strategy.

• Served as the Chief Information Officer of a publicly traded company.  As an officer of the company, I was instrumental in designing the architecture, staffing the office of the CIO, creating an agile technology roadmap that could react quickly to the changing demands of the business and the market.  I was also instrumental in preparing our public filings with the SEC and answering investor questions about the direction the company and its technology would take.

I possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset with excellent ability to gain acceptance for embracing new and innovative solutions. I am results-oriented and have been recognized for taking on major technology initiatives in addition to resolving mission critical issues to ensure bottom line success. I have the ability to effectively disseminate information up, down, and across an organization while serving as a successful change agent in order to maintain operational and process efficiency.
